CALHOUN AQUATIC CENTER Sponsorship Opportunities

The Calhoun Aquatic Center operates as a non-profit and relies on sponsors and partnerships to ensure its long-term sustainability.  We are institutionally affiliated with Calhoun City Schools and partner with many local businesses and medical practices to deliver our programs.  We’d like to invite you to become part of our Sponsor family. 

Sponsorships help support our current programs and allow for expansion and addition of other programs.  We are excited to offer aquatics to our students, community members, and competitive swimmers through a variety of programs.  Additionally, we have partnered with physical therapy groups to offer rehabilitation services as we are thrilled to be a Silver Sneakers, Active & Fit, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active insurance affiliate facility. Through these programs we provide aquatic services and opportunities to 1000+ community members and swimmers through our programs and we welcome 2500+ spectators for our hosted events each year, contributing to both greater health and sense of belonging to community members of all ages and skill levels.

 Your Sponsorship will enable the CAC to continue to operate vital programs in our community, including: 

• The NWGA Nitros:  a competitive, year-round club swim team that hosts an average of four USA sanctioned regional swim meets (approximately 500 swimmers and added spectators at each meet) 

• Calhoun High School and Calhoun Middle School swim programs: a seasonal school swim team that hosts approximately twelve home meets averaging 150 swimmers and 250 spectators at each meet. 

• Swim Lesson Program: a vital community swim lesson program that averages over 1000 participants of all ages, youth and adult, each year. 

• Physical therapy and rehabilitation services offered in partnership with local physical therapy groups using our warm water therapy pool 

• Lifeguard Certification – we are in a national deficit for certified lifeguards and are one of the region’s only facilities offering this critical program.
