Employees of Calhoun City Schools shall be provided Workers' Compensation benefits according to Georgia Law. The Supervisor has the responsibility to follow the Workers' Compensation procedures for handling all claims. Employees understand that when you are involved in an on-the-job injury Calhoun City Schools will pay medical costs for treatment by the physician(s) from the Panel of Physicians. If employees desire to obtain medical services from a physician not listed on the Panel, the employee will be liable for those medical expenses.
