Participation in the After School Care program requires pre-registration, registration approval, and prepayment before your child attends.

All registration and payments must be completed using the online platform EZChildTrack. Cash / check payments will NOT be accepted. KEEP registration fee: $10
Please be aware that all registration applications will need to be reviewed and approved before you can attend. In some cases, it may take up to 3 school days for the approval process to be completed. If you require any special services or supports, please make sure to provide documentation for review at the time of registration. Eligibility factors, such as your discipline and behavior records, as well as required services for the safety of all students in the program environment will also be taken into consideration, along with your ability to follow safety and program requirements.
- Please note that students with a 504 medical plan or behavior plan must specify this information on their registration form and provide the plan at the time of registration.
- Additionally, students who receive ESS services or have an IEP should indicate this on their registration form. Calhoun City Schools' ESS Director, CCE and school team will work together to determine the best way to meet each student's needs.

Please note that any modifications or revisions to a student's services or supports should be promptly reported to the CCE Assistant Jessica Garcia (garciaj@calhounschools.org) within one week. This is to ensure that program eligibility is accurately evaluated.
