Dr. Brock Holley, Principal of Calhoun Elementary School, announced on Monday, February 5, 2024, his acceptance of a school-based leadership position in Oconee County Schools. Dr. Holley has faithfully served Calhoun City Schools for more than a decade in several teacher and administrative positions. He and his wife, Jenn Holley, in addition to their two girls are sad to leave Calhoun, but excited for the opportunities that await them in their new community. Dr. Holley shared, “Calhoun has been our home and many people have supported Jenn and I as we started our family here. It is a difficult decision, and we will miss the relationships we have built in Calhoun, but we have decided to relocate to Oconee County as we continue our professional and personal journey”. Calhoun City Schools wishes Dr. Holley, Jenn, and his entire family the best in their new adventure. Dr. Holley is committed to finishing the school year at Calhoun Elementary School as Principal and will continue to support the planning and leadership transitions at CES.
