CHS Student Parking Permit Pick Up | Just a friendly reminder that if you plan to park on campus, you will need to obtain a parking permit. Either you or a guardian may pick up the permit, as long as they are listed on Infinite Campus as a pickup for the student. Please bring your ID when picking up the hang tag for the student. If you are unable to pick up the permit on your scheduled date, they will be available in the CHS main office.
Permit Pick-up will take place in the CHS main lobby, and you may arrive at any time during your scheduled window. Once you have received your permit, please hang the parking permit (hang tag) on the rear-view mirror of the vehicle you registered. Remember, a hang tag must be visible at all times while parking on Campus. If you haven't registered for parking yet, don't worry! You can still do so online and will be notified when your permit is available for pick up. Just remember, a valid Class C or Class D driver’s license is required for parking applications to be approved. We look forward to seeing you on campus!
Required Student Vaccine Forms: Due no later than September 8, 2023
The state of Georgia requires all 7th & 11th grade students to have an updated and current 3231 vaccine form on file with the school nurse. To ensure that your child's vaccine record is up-to-date, please make arrangements with their physician or local health department (706-624-1444).
