Fall is always a favorite in Discovery, because that means it is time for our students along with their families to combine all of their creative efforts and transform a pumpkin into something unique. The transformations this year were the best ones we’ve seen yet! Our 1st-5th grade students not only express their unique interests to others visually through this activity, but this is also an opportunity for them to develop their advanced communication skills by sharing the inspiration behind their final product along with the process involved in their pumpkin transformation with a real audience.
