NORMAL SCHEDULE – THURSDAY, FEB. 20, 2025 | Calhoun City Schools will operate on a normal schedule Thursday, Feb. 20. We encourage all drives to please use caution while driving, as icy conditions may develop on elevated roads. We understand that parents make the best decisions for their families. If you have concerns about transportation, you may choose to keep your child at home. Students will receive alternative assignments to make up for their absence upon returning. Snow is expected early in the morning, with additional flurries possible in the afternoon and the potential for black ice Thursday morning. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Based on this forecast, we believe it is best to keep everyone off the roads. All Calhoun City Schools will be closed on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. We will reassess weather conditions at noon on Wednesday and provide an update on afternoon/evening activities. Stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy your snow day!
